Tony Woods is an American comedy writer and stand-up comedian known for being a mentor to Dave Chappelle and others. He was an original member of Russell Simmons' Def Comedy Jam and P. Diddy's Bad Boys of Comedy.

He is a one-of-a-kind comedic genius who is known around the world for his playful, cool demeanor and clever, mischievous routines. He is recognized by fans and peers as one of the funniest comedians to get behind a microphone.

His credits include a Comedy Central 1/2 hour special, HBO's Def Comedy Jam, BET's Comic View, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and the USO Tour.
